I like doing the a/c & d/w. say no to shower doors, tenants do not like them. they don't want to clean the tracks or deal with soap scum on the doors and they feel that they are unsanitary.

We had one place with horribly uncomfortable furniture, empty bottles of soap/shampoo, uselessly thin toilet paper, and a million inane house rules.

Ok I understand, sorry I did not see the intial thread before my soap box lesson.

A rinse problem is usually related to the type of soap.

Some you can barely put a container of soap on they're so small!

Sorry, if you already said what the building was comprised of - I'm too lazy to go back and look.

As a cat owner I can testify that this actually has worked better than pet store solutions in our house:First mix vinegar and water 50/50 and soak the areaWhen almost dry soak the area with a mix of 1 cup hydrogen peroxide (3%) mixed with 1 teaspoon of dish soap.

Only two weeks into renting this apartment he had junk piled half way up the walls in every room loaded with boxes of diapers, soaps and shampoos and oven containers of food.

A campaign is comprised of a series of contact points, perhaps multi-media, ideally targeting these leads with specific USP's for the scenarios you are fishing for. 

No wastes, soaps, etc were found on the surface but again it was raining a lot prior to inspection.No info on water wells.
