🌎 I am based in Charleston SC looking to invest and explore locally and currently also interested in: Blue Ridge Mountains, Cape Cod, New England, Ski stays, hunting lodges or outdoor enthusiast stays in the low-country of SC, commercial properties and really anything I may find interesting.💫 I am joining bigger pockets to learn first and foremost, I almost bought a property with family assistance earlier this year in Charleston but it didn't feel right.🏠 I have been interested for a while in becoming a Homeowner myself or getting my mom an upgraded home from her condo.

It's actually in a pretty good geographical location: next to Camden Yards (Orioles baseball), M&T Stadium (Ravens football), and now Horseshoe Casino.
