Have you heard about "buying when there's blood in the streets"?

these scam artists make my blood boil, they rampant in Detroit.There was a sizable write up about this last week in the local paper.

So, I guess it depends on you, as the wholesaler, what you want to invest in and how you want to protect that investment (time, money, blood, sweat and tears).I believe that transparency and ethical behavior from the wholesaler is imperative.

I have no interest in being a slumlord--there is more to life than squeezing blood out of stones) I have been to three other "in person showings" with three other wholesalers and it was either conducted as an auction or they just said "email me your offers." 

@Samira Jaber Honestly I am a flipper by blood, and only held rentals if I had little other choices.

So the question becomes, “If you don’t have the cojones to invest in the best real estate market in US history, what makes you believe you will have the giant huevos needed to invest when there’s blood in the streets?”

Less experienced landlords don't believe me, but roommate situations are much higher risk than a married couple or blood relatives.

Gene, it has not been easy, particularly for a hot blooded Italian who would like to go old school on these people, but better judgement has prevailed.
