I am wondering who has done the BRRRR method as an investor and what institutions are investor friends for multiple BRRRS.

I was wondering if there are any programs that any of you recommend to becoming a better real estate agent, especially with studying and learning the laws and regulations for the test.

I would suggest you talk to a mortgage broker or a bank though - if those homes are zoned commercial you will probably have a hard time getting an FHA or low down Conventional mortgage.

Most criminals defrauded the IRSI wonder what would happen if the people who combined lost like $2M all sent 1099's to him-I bet that would wake up the IRS but not sure if it would impact their claim later on.

The Payment is not an issue but I’ve just never done owner financing and someone suggested this method as a way to acquire section 8 homes in low crime areas.  

When I see these new posters do nothing but recommend the same company in every post and not participate on the site in any other way, I get very suspicious.If you newbies have affiliations with these companies you're promoting, I suggest you disclose it.

I’m wondering how much down payment I should put down on say a 200k house.

Personally, if you don't need to use that equity as a down payment towards a new primary home, I'd suggest keeping it as a rental!

Any suggestions for this flooring?
