Nancy Curran Who is responsible for this cable tv issue?

Tenant would likely be correct, particularly in-front of a tenant review board or judge. You should be able to write a letter to the HOA designating the Tenant as able to represent your interest with respect to X, Y & Z (cable and whatever else you feel is appropriate) ... though it has likely gone too far and the tenant now simply wants it fixed. Are you permitted to bring-in your own cable and/or Internet service or does the present provider have an exclusive on the building?
Jerry Swanson Is it good idea to use heloc for first investment property
9 March 2019 | 1 reply
@Jerry SwansonThe rule of thumb for first deals is only bet money you can afford to lose.So whether your use your heloc will be based on your risk tolerance in regards to your primary residence, and your ability to pay the additional interest long term should things go south. There's also a possibility of the line getting frozen if you get in trouble and start missing payments.Although reducing or canceling a HELOC is prohibited by Regulation Z, a lender can modify a HELOC when they have a good reason to do so.
