You may be putting the cart before the horse.

It could be a wonderful horse property, or a retreat center... the grounds are absolutely stunning.

Refine it as you go and it will be customized to your needs.It's common for investors to get "shiny object" syndrome where they spend countless hours trying to find the perfect tool that will turn them into an expert investor, but that's putting the cart before the horse.

I did read up that Turo's claim process is terrible, but would like to hear it from the Horse's mouth.Your advise would be highly appreciated.

This may not help, but when training horses, there is a saying - "make doing the right thing very easy, and make doing the wrong thing very difficult".

This is one of the most common threads/questions on here... rather than beating a dead horse and having the same convo that's happened a million times before, I'd suggest using the search function for "LLC" and "due on sale."

I am wondering if I keep the money in the Holding LLC and do multiple buy and hold passive llcs or do it another way I think you are putting the cart before the horse.
