@Mardochee PierreTorrance is a nice suburban town in Southern Los Angeles County with a small beach at the southwest corner which is close to Redondo Beach’s Riviera Village which has great shopping and restaurants for tourists.

I am mid-way through top to bottom cosmetic and functional renovation but I will say it is mostly things I can do myself (paint/hardware).It is a 4 bedroom 10 minutes south-west of the new stadium construction very near the 105.

That being said, historically strong areas near center city like heart of fairmount, rittenhouse, southwest center city, etc, are still moving inventory.

We have 13 units (soon to be 19) STR in Manasota Key, Charlotte County west coast of Florida Charlotte County is very STR friendly and looking up and down the South West coast of Florida Manasota Key is by far the cheapest real estate.
