Any updates on the topic?

We just added some large property updates this year (heated/chilled pool, fire pit, extensive landscaping) so I am trying to get a revenue projection for 2025 given all of the updates. 

Its not uncommon to see 2/1s in avondale on a 3 flat at $1100 each and you go in do cosmetic updates and bump each unit to $1900-2000.

I have a couple of rental units in Hixson and need reliable lawn care to mow on a regular basis. 

sounds ridiculous but a situation ive encountered multiple times. ask yourself how much extra work you want in your life, offsite landlords get put out of business regularly, I've seen it over and over again. consider your options and learn everything but diving in.

To state "Good/Just cause Eviction" requires and infers that a "regular" Eviction is UNjust/UNgood. 

That is your best bet to ensure it is watered regularly.
