There's a reason they have the money to spend on those expensive ad slots!

I'm getting ready to start a new STR and will give this a shot when I've got small empty slots.

Another issue will be identifying expenses vs capitalized expenses and how to "slot" expenses to appropriate accounts and managing any escrow accounts for deposits from tenants (that money isn't yours, it's your liability).

The buses of seniors pumping their SS checks into slots is over for this town and now seems to go to wherever the closest casino is.  

You can control who gets prime slots and charge premiums, etc.Here is a list of the 3 top manufacturers to my knowledge.

And Nathan has good recomendations but I would add you are better off taking the caulk out with a razor knife cleaning and recaulking then actually trying to scrub heavy mold off caulk.
