You don’t need a mentor when they teach you the basics on the internet, experience teaches you the rest.

I was honestly afraid of an answer like this, but I appreciate the validation.I am in quite a fortunate situation where I could theoretically work my fulltime job anywhere in the US that has high-speed internet.

I searched all over the internet a few years ago but couldn't find a good solution. 

It's also time to do a budget review, like phone, internet, newspaper, Medicaire supplement, prescription premiums, and other subscriptions/auto-renew payments that will show up in her bank account. 

Most buyers “find” their own houses now a days with so much of it being internet based.

While searching the internet for weeks and contacting a lot of brokers, I have had a very hard time finding any broker versed on this niche and able to help. 

An internet stranger brought up the very good point that there's literally no reason NOT to have as much HELOC open as possible since the payment on $0 drawn is $0, and there's a lot of family emergencies that can be solved by clicking my mouse 10 times and dumping $50k into my checking account. 

Given the amazing technology of the internet, I can directly invest and manage my portfolio, so I really have no need for an adviser.

Stop listening to all the noise on the internet.

I'm having trouble finding the right guidance outside of the internet and it would be nice to do some one-on-one.
