And, if you have concerns, send it to them via email and retain a copy - as well as send it by US Mail with proof of delivery required. 

I got a quote from BDO for cost segregation and tax preparation... with very satisfactory delivery timeline.

I haven't looked a crazy amount, but from what I've seen, average price is about 40-60k, before delivery, plus you have to have the land.

So far the postal delivery has not been picked up.
