I have concluded that they housing authority is dragging its heals so tenants are protected as long as possible.  

It was because the CDC doesn't have the authority to issue such a moratorium, so anything outside of that (states, etc.) stand for the time being.

"Thursday, the court pointed to the "decades-old statute" the CDC was relying on to defend the moratorium and the court said that it "strains credulity to believe that this statute grants the CDC the sweeping authority that it asserts."

Legality and of the Federal Government’s claim that the CDC had the legal authority to do what they did.The other issue is GA’s (State) governments completely botching the distribution of Federal Funds.

As expected, the Supreme Court has rejected the CDC's attempt to continue the eviction moratorium. The Biden administration was told this would happen and proceeded anyways. Supreme court says congress needs to grant ...

As I was told, that book people like so much, Rich Dad Poor Dad (or something --- I never read it), starts off with the author getting a million dollars inheritance from some family member... 

I have not received a copy of the opinion yet, but it was made very clear that the CDC lacked the authority to issue it. 

But I can say from personal experience that many companies are authorizing permanent remote work.
