It doesn’t even show the mtg foreclosure being filed.It doesn’t even show When this mortgage was originated, or any other mtgs that may have been recorded, before or after the mtg being foreclosed on.This is Not a complete title search, by any means.As mentioned by @Tom Gimer, this property could have been Quit Claimed to the names searched recently, and the foreclosure is for a mtg obtained by the previous owner, with who knows how many liens/mtgs they may have had against them.

The little time I had with him I cherish and he is intensely missed every day.My primary career has been managing various claims from habitability to slip and fall (personal and commercial) workers comp to dog bite and private passenger auto/trucking with attorney involvement, so I’m not shy nor am I intimidated by these life sucking vampires, lol.

I'd like to take legal action against the tenant to collect the amount I'm owed, but I don't think I can file a small claims case, since the water bill account is in the owners name (the account must stay in the owners name for legal reasons).

Grant Cordone still rents :)..... what about "Rich man poor man"........and I've seen quite a few "RE guru's" that claim that buying a home is huge financial mistake.... better to rent and buy money producing RE assets, etc etc....Your point is that you a should have some first hand experience doing what you are having someone else pay you to help them do..
