@Rhys Griffiths if you want to explore the partnership arrangment, you should book some time with @Jaycee Greene.The other alternative: use a lender that does rehab financing (they lend purchase + rehab), there are dozens, and you can use your $30k for the 10-20% down they want => $150k-$300k.We do these all the time for our clients in Detroit.
