What are some key tips and websites that you know about that I can use in terms of RE Financing?

My number 1 tip would be to go off market and find owner that wants to sell at a discount / prefers speed and convenience. 

I have a hard money lender established to cover 80% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab, so my capital partners would be covering:20% of the purchase priceRange of $30,000-$50,000 cost of capital25% of the renovation budget (to kickstart the project while waiting for reimbursements)$25,000 contingency padAny tips would be great, and if you happen to be interested yourself I can send you more details.

We worked him through the process, brought him a contractor, and gave him all the resources along with giving him tips on layout and all.

One tip is to start looking into meetups to connect with investors / others in the REI game (in person/online).
