.), and you've made your House Rules clear, then don't sweat the small stuff.By that, I mean- you'll have guests who have 5-star ratings but can still leave a mess or damage (other owners didn't report accurately or it was complicated) but you have recourse via photo evidence (your cleaners, etc.) to ask for reimbursement (or use something like AirCover, etc.).

Yes it explicitly allowed things like the term and rate, and I wrote that it should exclude anything additional which is unnecessary since I couldn't be there to read the closing docs themselves (which I assume can vary depending on what the branch leader/loan officer wants for the nonconforming loan).

I'm curious about this. i have most of my rentals in Maryland (Baltimore County) and evictions are not extremely complicated AFAIK,I don't want to hijack this thread with a lot of bellyaching so I'll DM you the story if you care to hear it.
