Many tenants know that insurance companies hand out easy settlement money even for frivolous cases, and it's all too easy for them to find some shyster lawyer to represent them...just ask me, as that also happened to me just last year.

. $175 placement fee, but all showings are done by realtors and they NEVER hand out keys to the units and allow potential tenants to see the property unescorted, which a lot of other companies do. $200/door reserves.

Go sell some RE  make commissions understand the business then approach him from a position of knowledge and strength  instead of a son who has no financial capabilities no experience and wants what I am sure your dad sees as a handout.

You actually get it.I feel bad for @Marina Wedge because she actually fell for your very touching cry for help, support, and a handout.

I am not looking for any handouts; however, I would like an individual or community to connect with to help me consider things that I otherwise wouldn't. 

This is going to create an ISSUE.Here's another thought - simultaneously get rid of the minimum wage AND all government handouts.....When people's bellies start to growl they will take any job for any $$.

And if it's vote harvesting, than as everything goes to hell in a hand basket, they will have more hand-outs for those problems, to harvest yet more votes, and on and on the cycle goes of the ignorant empowering their torturer.  

Would you put your personnel cell phone number on a bandit sign or handouts?

Instead of getting classified for the entire property, they went down to the local housing authority and talked to the manager about their units and left handouts about their properties that was marketed around helping section 8 elderly folks.

You need to be hyper local - I'd go to brokerages and hand out sweets (or fruit!)
