PS I've found leaving a bouquet of flowers on the bed ($6 at trader Joe's ) is one of the most mentioned highlights of my reviews.The obvious downside has everyone points out, is that you're only one vote away, whether that be HOA or city council, from being obsolete.

It's like the market... you have guys who just buy the S&P mutual funds, you have others who research individual stocks & read some sites, and you have day traders.

Just as a day trader might borrow against the box (his portfolio) to purchase more stock, (which is common but you get the idea).Mixing conventional and non-conventional or traditional techniques can become creative, or different types of financing methods.

My "escrow statement" with RC Realty said nothing about the deposit going to Bill Lange or European traders, yet that's what happened.

If you are new to this, I suggest you find a good title insurance company and establish a relationship with them (you will need their services nearly every time you trade real estate). 

There are a ton of "investors", "traders", etc out there today who make financial decisions based on what they "feel" or "think" about a financial decision.

Can you buy and trade real estate online and not lose your shirt?

I really wanted to be able to live in one to take advantage of lower entry reqts and trade rent for building equity.
