I know it's been a hot topic forever, but is there any real traction happening currently that could actually make it to the top for approval?

I also recommend as part of this reading vivid vision, buddha and the badass, traction, and Gap and Gain, as all of those focus on mindset. 

I'm hoping this thread gets some traction amongst savvy Nor Cal investors as I would like to learn more.

I have less than a year left in the Air Force, so a steep task at hand is to gain enough traction in real estate to walk away from the service in 11 months.

In building my portfolio, I want to continually think of ways to gain traction and accelerate towards my financial goals.

They expect the seller to get worn out by lack of traction and eventually come down and the unethical listing realtor walks away with a tidy listing fee.Furthermore, pocket listings are rampant.  

I also plan on visiting the Traction Reia event on October 20 in Tysons if that's possible.

I just need to get traction asap.
