I could take it in another direction if you wanted to pan annuities and say Ken Fisher (who actually is a financial advisor and fiduciary) is right as they have “nose bleed fees”.   

Every area I know has gotten worse and worse and worse on it.Fifteen years ago,  when I was buying, rehabbing houses and holding, I oculd hire a licensed contractor and they were able to change toilets, faucets, even water heaters.

The next trend I see are many OOS investors regretting the appeal of cheap properties that don’t pan out long term.  

David Greene isn't plunging toilets or showing property to applicants.Too many investors get bogged down in the daily management of their rentals.

I hate when my PM sends somebody out to fix a toilet that needs a $0.75 gasket and they lie to you and charge you for a new toilet for $400.

The door leaves 0 room next to the vanity and to the right when you walk in is a toilet with a cabinet above.

We’re fine with them flushing toilet paper, of course, but tampons/shop wipes, etc. was not meant to be flushed and can damage our septic system according to the plumber.How would you handle this?

For "black water" (waste from the toilet) we actually use a compost toilet so by the time it's full, the contents inside has been composted to be used in the soil.
