They are big burly guys with neck tats, they smell like diesel fuel, drive jacked up 4x4s and chew tobacco for breakfast. 

But I would make sure to add extra wording about smoke residue (tobacco or otherwise) and clean up fees.I guess our culture hasn't really figured out how to deal with vaping. 

The good thing about marijuana smoke, is it does not damage the unit the way tobacco smoke does. tobacco smoke will turn the walls, and every surface yellow, stain it ruin it. 

In my firsthand opinion, RMt's better days are in the past:Used to be a center of tobacco industry in eastern NC - the 'Golden East' (even the mall is named Golden East Crossing)Used to be a thriving hub for textiles (literally days after NAFTA was signed, the textile plants closed)Used to have headquarters for Hardee's (it's where Hardee's began)Used to be a banking center of Eastern NC - People's Bank merged with Planters Bank to be Centura Bank; RBC bought Centura to make RBC Centura (that's where I worked, before and after RBC)... that didn't last, as PNC bought it out; I think they maintain a presence there, but a much smaller oneThat said, the real estate market is on the cheap side, and if you have a tenant in hand looking for a place there, then maybe... but also check out other things like the crime rate per capita, medium income, etc...

I put a provision in my lease that explicitly prohibits smoking of tobacco and non-tobacco products, both indoors and outdoors.  

Both are pretty dangerous when in contact with skin or when aerosolized.

There is an aerosol can of some product called “Ozone” I believe that can be purchased at an auto supply store.

One time, I saw a property, literally at the top of the Tobacco Root Mountains in SW Montana, out of Sheridan.
