Just based on this number I would tell you it is a terrible market and Jason is completely inaccurate. cape and lehigh are poster child for massive subdivision built in the 50s 60s that market has been a yo yo ever since.. lot prices go down to 10k in lehigh when things are like now and then shoot up to 40 to 60k when you have a building boom like 3 years ago with outside sales influences. 

As everyone else said, if you aren't getting traction, it's either priced too high or you have terrible photos and description.

The Featured Agent program got off to a terrible start, then good people did good things and it got better.

But it slides apart and it was constantly chipping and cracking at the edges during install.This stuff was terrible, of course I DIY the whole thing so I may have done some stuff wrong. 

If it is only a week or so, I wouldn't be terribly worried.

Sometimes you get someone in the group that is just terrible at their job. 

That sounds terrible, that I have thousands in PALs that keep getting pushed forward (unless I sell off a property) but if I sell some stocks off in 10 years, that counts as capital gain. 

Another paid 170K for a 3 br in GH, that needed about 25k in reno, and only rented for 1300, again beyond terrible.
