Once you have a list, a broker can run the purchased list along with ones you have through the National Telephone Database to find the best matches for phone numbers and email. 

During the visit, we might engage in other light conversation but I never give my telephone number, address or leave a card.  

The TCPA act prohibits both automatic telephone dialing with recorded voice and texting without consent.

There is also JLR where you can find it in bulk for the adresses and 411 for the telephone numbers
