What does their tech stack look like?

Do you have a nice amount saved up for the activities you enjoy(I assume yes given a 30+ year in Tech plus you mentioning making lots of money already in real estate).If that is the case, what are you looking to achieve now within real estate?

Our solution to this has been our Maintenace Techs.

The locations I am looking at (suburbs reasonably far from downtown and the Tech Center) have seen 3 total transactions in the last year.

@Ian BollingerSherman and McKinney in Texas are experiencing growth due to tech companies and business investment.

That market from what I can see on the few trips I made to perform due diligence is really robust and such a pretty area I can see the attraction for those working in Tech or govmit in DC.
