I put boric acid powder around the entire perimeter of the inside of the house and it pretty much wiped the scorpions out and kept them from coming back, but then a couple started to emerge but nothing like it was before.

I hope this doesn’t sound too harsh, but this current pandemic is laying bare the fact that if you do not have ample cash reserves, you’re finished, because you are over-extended and have a good bit of hiney showing.You should not only be able to muster 20% down, but have $30K in dry powder.

@Alex Skeg Many investors are looking forward to the opportunities on the horizon in terms of interest rates pulling down prices, increase in foreclosures, panic sales, etc and therefore they are looking to stack as much dry powder as they can to take advantage in the near future.
