The two SIOR guys I talked with both leaned towards Multifamily If they were startIng out today but the big investors/developers I know steer me towards learning industrial and paying my dues.

There are also sections of Morningside I would steer away from.

I recently learned some new information which is going to steer me in a different direction.

And now, next thing, which SOOOooooo many fail miserably at; you GOTTA make it SIMPLE, uber simple and straight forward for them to make the actions THEY would want next answered, and steering toward what YOUD want them to do.
