Typically you're not going to get a sponsorship without and advanced skill set which normally requires a bachelors degree and usually a masters degree plus 3-5 years of experience in the industry.Do some more research on your end, find out how you can do it better.

There are sites out there like PERE and Fintrx you can sign up for but I believe they cost around $20k. you can also check out alternative investment events but you have to sponsor and those sponsorships cost around $20k per event.
