TOPA is abolished for single family but not for multifamily units. 

I am not saying hand-outs or reverse discrimination, dependence causes mental and financial slavery.

And lastly they abolished all future 3-6 unit conversions altogether.Yup, SF  really encourages condo conversions!

Out of all taxes, I think property taxes should be abolished last.

I question what percentage of people descend from people or are people who immigrated after slavery.  

The joy you get from purchasing newer, fancier, bigger things is fleeting, and once that joy fades it is just another thing you need to spend time, money, and energy maintaining such that your possessions end up owning you ... that is not freedom, it's slavery.

In the US We often think of slaves in terms of our countries history of slavery in the 1800's and 1900's, where someone owned someone else and could mistreat them, humiliate them, and there was now way out of their situation.

Rather than abolishing the 1031 exchange I think a small 1031 exchange tax could potentially help generate some revenues while also not completely stagnating market transactions.

You will find yourself bored and annoyed but in wage slavery, and for much longer than a year or two.
