It took 2 months and 1 week, including unfurnished and furnish (so from guest out to guest in was 2 months and 1 week).  

It is very messed up and I am trying to remove it from the building to avoid and further mess.So she started arguing and I gave her one week to remove her stuff.

You would essentially be working 50-60 hour weeks when combining with your full-time job and the real estate to qualify.If you have a detailed and accurate hours log, it is possible but just note that it may raise scrutiny by the IRS.

The HOA (through the management manager) said OK, please provide a letter stating the door is the only way to make the unit ADA compliant, and I think it will be okay.A week later the developer presents a letter from an architect stating the door is the only way to make the unit compliant. 

I took a couple of weeks off from my former job to really focus and prepare for the exam.
