Often there are many people involved, siblings in other states or a child or spouse they want to consult with before making a decision.

There was fractional ownership with siblings that have all since passed.   

I have done almost this exact scenario: living rent free with mom, living rent free with spouse, living rent free with sibling.

Hi Everyone,I am looking to start purchasing real estate with my 5 siblings, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to organize our entities to ensure we have both asset protection through LLCs, as well as tax advantages.  

I'd think they would but right now I'm having trouble finding next of kin names and mailing because other relative says the siblings don't want to be bothered with deceased remote low value land or even getting notification I have to give to move forward and foreclose. 

Anyone that's deploying needs to give a general (or preferably a durable) POA to someone anyway, ideally a spouse, parent, or sibling.
