STOPPING A MEMPHIS TN FORECLOSURE AUCTION .

OWNER OF PROPERTY IS DEAD . THE HOME GOES UP FOR AUCTION ON MEMPHIS COURTHOUSE 3/7/19 . The owner left no will . I have been in contact with the owner niece who wants to sell  & who was her caregiver until the owners death . SHE IS NOT THE NEXT OF KIN . The owner leaves behind two elderly siblings . 

Im not sure what my next step is ? the niece says the owner siblings do not want the property. one sibling lives in state one sibling lives out of state
