I do feel they need to be better at communicating assurance in fiscal solvency to their LPs, but at any given moment they could theoretically pause infilling, and pay the pref distributions.

I do think house hacking and small multifamily are the best plays at the moment.

There is no reason anyone should move to CA.Best wishes I'm guessing that at this very moment in time you don't have to worry about a ton of people trying to move there.
