I said put it back to Auto, she said ithe furnace wont work if she do that :)) I came over and it was 70 degreee inside the house but she had her blanket cover her head but her kids was on their tank top and short.... i just need to light up the pilot.

I would recommend you get way into the weeds on your due dilligence- septics, roofs, subfloors, hot water tanks, drainfields, etc.
