What kind of attorney should I be looking for in my area to help me with this kind of situation?

Myself I thought about 2017 was going to be kind of the end of the 10 year cycle and I actually put a presentation together called the Pivot looking at alternative ways to invest in RE. 

What kind of rent are you getting on this property and are you looking to buy more? 

Hi Mary, It will depend on what kind of lender is doing the DSCR loan.

Also, good idea not to put it out there on the internet that you have that kind of equity, that will just attract more scammers!
