Depending on the units proximity to others I may care about a sexual offender.  

Early termination of rental agreement by victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.

I just got informed by someone that there was a sexual assault that happened in my rental house several days ago.

Frankly, race, color, family status, sexual orientation, etc. don't matter to me.

Another example of illegal discrimination is when you try to buy or rent a house and the owner or agent refuses to sell or rent because of your religion beliefs, race, color, sex, sexual preference or any of these reasons.

Over the years I've had at least 10 male tenants try to make sexual advances.

My rule of thumb...absolutely no violent or predatory sexual convictions. 

Some crimes are violent, some sexual, some financial.

Besides, at the end of the day sexual harassment is sh regardless of gender. 

Consider the many sites or platforms that have been spun up for victims of sexual assault, many of which are crushed by legal action by the accused, regardless of the heinous nature of the original acts.
