@Veronica Thomas I have them sign off on a checklist through docusign that has a check-in / check-out column (fans dusted, floors mopped, self-cleaning oven cleaned, shelf out fridge cleaning, microwave inside clean, toliet scrubbed inside and out, cabinets crumb free, no chemicals/furniture/toliet brushes/brooms left on premise, no large garbage items on street curb, etc, etc) .

Is there a single platform that does skip tracing, DNC scrubbing, and automated bulk texting?

Although we scrubbed the list we gave them to properties with equity.. 

The majority of the time, even filthy tenants are not going to cause damage from their lack of house cleaning that can't be scrubbed away with a good, deep clean.I had a tenant leave me with a bath tub that looked like she'd been using it to dye things black.

I skip traced using REISKIP.com and now I am realizing that the phone numbers have not been scrubbed for the DNC list.
