LOL but this route you have only 4 weeks to contact all the sellers MULTIPLE TIMES.- The golden rule in my group is the seller has to have a deal, the numbers work, be willing to sign, be willing to move out no later then 7 calendar days prior to the auction!!!!! 

Hey Jonathan, Best way to learn is to go to every meet up you can and ask a tons of questions and listen to the stories of experiences investors to figure out which route you want to take in your journey.

There is absolutely no need to have this extraneous and superfluous layer in the form of "Good Egg" and other companies that simply collate funds, take a fat commission and then route the money to the actual GP/Syndicator.

So, to try to go a legal route because they might have fixed something a little over the limit isn't going to work.You will have to face that you selected someone that was not the right fit and be more hands on. 

What are the pros and cons of going this route? 

I think 7-10yr balloon would better suit a note buyer if you go that route.
