Most people who buy in Costa Rica do it for lifestyle and they might rent (or not) to cover the cost and maybe make a little profit.Unless mentioned otherwise, when responding on that topic I know or I have assumed that people are potentially interested in an investment property, not a lifestyle property because this is an "investment" website and people talk about STR.

However, he does have tasks like responding to questions time blocked in his week and I’ve yet to have a question left unanswered. 

He is always there for people even if you are not in his program he will respond to questions etc. 

All of these people that responded with "why would you pay?"

Sure, someone is going to respond that ‘my STR always has nice quiet guests and is impeccably maintained’ and that may be true.

After that, no idea what's going to happen until my attorney responds.

Again, I primarily work in Portland proper (which, it seems like most of these folks responding aren't aware, is a whole different ballgame than the rest of Oregon). 

If all things are equal consider who responds most timely and do so with a professional tone, text, and/or email? 

Either way, I appreciate you responding to my posts on this thread and the other.  

Then her communication was horrendous, with me having to follow up several times before getting an answer, then she would respond to 1 out of 3 questions.
