There are a lot of charlatans and 'Guru's' out there promoting this and that but the Stech family is the real deal when it comes to Private Lending. 

I can't speak for all but every PMc I have seen promoting some really low Tenant Placement fee, also has the rainbow of tie-in revenues, namely maintenance.

No PM is not collecting rent, as per PM they are charging me the regular monthly fees because they are following up with the lawsuit with the tenant.Thank you for your input.H

He did a book for Bigger Pockets, but by large Bigger Pockets is not so pro Sub2 so not sure why they allowed this other than he is an expert at self promotions, etc..
