This guy's name (Mario Cotto) came up as a red flag at our meeting last month.

@Tori Roy A couple red flags I noticed with this company that you posted. 

Now, my thoughts (full disclosure: I am not selling you anything): I see it as a red flag that the GP is doing a capital call, but you don't know why.

The Cape Coral Code Compliance officer showed the roofer the various emails to BTC, which left the roofer very unhappy as he then knew he had been misled and made him liable for a fine for illegally performing work while a red stop work order was in place.BTC appears to be continuing to cause damage to customers and other contractors.

The fact they ask you to do this is not only a red flag for obvious reasons, but also because, they should know better how risky this is for you and if they had true good intentions they would have understood that and not offer you that option.What you can do is tell them..

VG  it was my understanding that sub to guys charged 15k .. thats what one BP member told me at the time.. so its hearsay how much they actually wanted for their expertise..

At a high level, this will let AHP run leaner, taking the entity from running in the red to black.
