This is in North Carolina.I have a great tenant that moved in 6/1/2019 and signed a 1 year lease that would expire/renew on 6/1/2020.I just recieved a letter from her asking if she could break her lease because she has a reported "Domestic Abuse" situation ongoing and doesn't feel safe living there.Her father co-signed on the lease with her, they have not missed a payment yet and are very good tenants.

Often times I'll take business cards at networking events, and will want to add contacts manually, without having recieved an email first, but haven't been able to find any that allow you to manually add contacts as well.

So while you recieve the benefit from them over the course of 27.5 years, you do still receive the benefit from them.You'll want to amend your tax return to capture these holding costs correctly.

You will have to get it rezoned, likely recieve a density waiver, do a bunch of dirt work (basically sewer, water, power and legit dirt moving) to create lots at the low end to a full development including building homes.

The buyer may not pay, doesn't pay taxes, wrecks the place, etc.Legal action is possible but also takes time and money, that can be spend better elsewhere.So my question is simple, is there some sort of insurance/service that simply guarantees me that I recieve all my monthly payments?
