thats new service from street to house, panel and breakers and wires run throughout the house to outlets and fixtures... if there were radiators then they were removed.

It was used on interior and exterior walls, foundations, drain pipes, ceilings, decks, floors, radiators, railings, windows, trim, doors, door jambs, shelves, built in's... it was used on EVERYTHING.

People love all utility included rentals and we had a 6 plex that was as such, we were able to adjust and keep the heat set at a set temp with a aqua stat, we had radiator system and control was in basement by boiler and water heater in area we kept locked. 

Most of the house seems to be in good condition other than one section of the foundation and a probably leak in the radiator system.

Hello - I have an older 2 unit house in Medford that has steam radiators running off of separate oil heating systems.

I have the opportunity to make my units lead-free and one of the tasks on my list is to install radiator covers.

If you heated samples of two different materials to the same internal temperature, you would get different amounts of infrared radiation from them. 

I'd like to hear some guesses or first-hand accounts of how much it costs to install HVAC and ductwork in a house that currently only has radiator heat.  

Does anyone have a good estimate on the monthly expense cost for running a radiator on a small multi-family unit in Ohio?
