Here’s my two cents:Paying off the condo might make sense if your main goal is to reduce risk and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with no mortgage.

An experienced agent will list your property with the language, "no showings until an accepted offer", to avoid violating your tenant's rights to the peaceful enjoyment of their home - possibly resulting in their lack of cooperations and a lawsuit against you.

And now live the life they enjoy as they enjoy that part of the  business..

Make sure your real estate agent isn't just about closing that one deal but understands the benefit of protecting you on each purchase to ensure that you keep buying because you are enjoying success.  2.
