If you hire someone typically they are the ones providing this information, but if someone is paying you, then yes they need this information for tax purposes.BTW - I would say your SS# has been hacked so many times and is on the black market already this is why we monitor ours through other parties or just lock it down at experian and other agencies if you are concerned about it.

I will not comment as to the tax laws and underlying rules - that is a discussion you can have with your tax advisor who presumably you are paying to help you.What I will do is provide practical and business guidance on tracking time.Firstly, there are apps available that can assist with time tracking where you can specifically detail your time, who you met with, etc.

We're willing to live almost anywhere in the greater Sacramento area based on what we can afford, provided of course that the property is in a decent neighborhood that has a good chance of attracting responsible tenants.As for budget, I believe we could get a conventional loan for properties up to $600k, but my strong preference is to find a distressed property (or seller!)
