You have to chase away the prostitutes and prevent underage drinking.

We now found ourselves renovating 8 very bad units (with time we didn't have and we hadn't counted on borrowing/spending), chasing off prostitutes, watching people literally fight each other for the scraps of copper pipe we were tossing into the bin, and waking up at 1am each night to chase away people showing up to buy drugs as soon as they got out of the local penitentiary... 

I currently have a decently performing duplex in an ok ish area that's located right next to a brazenly obvious house of prostitution.

One room is a prostitute.

Born as a suspected bastard to an old carpenter and his young wife, raised on building sites, never married in an age when not being married was a scandal in his community, broke as hell all his life, often associating himself with prostitutes, crazies, and the diseased. 

Forgot to mention prostitutes and rattlesnakes.

Prostitutes, petty thieves, breaking and entering, meth, the list goes on. 

Sounds like the nightmare trifecta, drugs, prostitutes and deadbeats.
