The one Brandon Turner wrote about doubling your portfolio every year is also good but I cant remember the name off the top of my head. 

What portfolio allocation do you want between stocks and real estate?

Right now the portfolio is half rehabbed and half turnkey.

They might have access to portfolio loan programs that fit your buyer’s situation. 

Today my portfolio would easily be $15M or greater if I’d continued investing 23 years ago.

Eventually, we transitioned the unit to a long-term rental, ensuring consistent cash flow while retaining the property in our portfolio.

I think it depends on the size of your portfolio!
