@Steve Crisp There are a lot of variables that go into play as to whether you could benefit from a cost segregation study or not.

I would not try and play in the gray on this one - keeo your marketing out of those areas.

The specific assistance organization, the screening of the tenant, the property, and the PM company that should be communicating with the tenant all play a role in the success of your investment in regards to tenants.
