Mark Swoveland is a great guy on BP and "hosts" a monthly lunch that has great attendance, usually in Plano Shops of Legacy area.Market is overpriced in general depending on area of course but there are some good deals to be found.

Just talk to a GC in Plano where the home owner said he did not like the cabinets and refuse to pay and the GC put a lien on the home and his end buyer walk.Joe Gore

It isn't directly in the path of growth, so I don't feel the neighborhood has been run up as much as many in the Plano/Allen/Frisco areas, but is only a ~15-25 minute drive from much of the new corporate developments in the Plano area.
