One tenant is a small pharmacy who signed a 5-year NNN lease starting March 2019.

All three are in shambles and each was purchased in the 50-60k range around 2013-15 before the pharmacy school was announced.

AppFolio has a bar code that tenants can print out and take to CVS pharmacy or other places,  cashier scans bar code and money they pay is deposited into your account. 

And yes, if that answers one of your questions, I currently practice pharmacy in the city of Troy, OH and graduated back in 2017 (which seems a long long time ago now). 

I mention to clients if you are okay with flat rent then look at a pharmacy store with a 12k to 15k sq ft block building on a hard corner in a strong suburban area with 1.5 to 2 acres of prime land you can do something with if they ever go out.

@Trevor Suich When medical marijuana is dispensed, it comes in packaging similar to any medication you would get from your pharmacy.
