Hello all,I am currently working as a FT pharmacist with atypical schedule.

Doctors and pharmacists graduate with 3 times that amount and some of them pay it off in 5 years or less.

I'll continue to work as a pharmacist so I can look favorable to lenders, but I'll decrease my hours down the road to transition to part-time. 

Bottom line is that if you want to be really wealthy at a young age, stick with the Pharmacy degree, use the earnings and creditworthiness of being a pharmacist to leverage your RE. 

It turned out as the town's pharmacist, he knew when the local business owners were having to take medications for illnesses that would require them to sell their businesses.

That company will be me, a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Pharmacist.  

You want to make sure there aren't any street pharmacist giving out persciptions on or at the corner of your block.

(BTW:  I've listened to your BP podcast like 3 times :-).I am a pharmacist who gets plenty of hours, so the DTI shouldn't be a problem.  

I must admit, it's definitely exciting to find a place like this where you're able to learn so much and have the opportunity to network with others in the area.I'm a 26 year old from Teaneck, and currently work as a Pharmacist in Downtown Jersey City.

My wife racked up nearly doctor-level debt going to pharmacy school, worked as a pharmacist for a few years, and we decided it wasn't worth the 120-130 hour combined work week every single week just so we could pay the equivalent of my entire pretty decent salary in taxes.
